Join us for a Giant Winter Puppet Parade as part of the Hamden Silverbells Holiday Festival this year! Bring your own home-made, winter themed puppet, as small or large as you would like, and meet us at the Hamden Miller Memorial Library by 3:15pm. We will parade around the library and then make our way out to the festival happening at Town Center Park, just in time to sing carols with the Girl Scouts! 

Leading the parade will be Hamden Puppet artist, Kim Van Aelst, with a giant puppet she designed with the help of kids from the Hamden Keefe Community Center.  

The Miller Library will also be hosting a small sock-puppet making workshop for this event from 1:00-2:30pm in the children's room while supplies last.
